Electronic Medical Records Software That Is integrated With Medical Records

We have all heard the term EMR, or electronic medical records, but may not be sure exactly what it means. The makers of this type of software are trying to sell you something and may not be telling you the whole truth. Ask around town and determine what “mobile health” is today, Medical Records Software from E-Rix. They offer a product called E-Rix for Mobile Healthcare Solutions.

When looking for your medical records software, there are a few important criteria to look at. Ask the local market. Find out what the leading sellers are doing. Better yet, find someone in your area that is an expert in the health care field. Can they write prescriptions? Can they scan scans? Can they coordinate labs?

The E-Rix Medical Software is relatively new to the market. Only in its second year of existence. The application is being written for the medical community. Only a handful of doctors and medical professionals use this system. A lot of local physicians buy their portable Medical Records and Prescription Equipment from local pharmacies.

A good problem to have? Having a high percentage of out-of-date Medical Records. And would you need another copy of your practice building is destroyed?

When you are looking to pick a medical records software package, you want to feel comfortable using an “Electronic Medical Records” application. The E-Rix Program is so new that most physicians and medical professionals are not familiar with it. That is why it’s getting its due diligence and testing performed before you can purchase it.

From out of nowhere, this little company has become a leader in its market by providing quality and promptly with its products. Their main offices are in up to 15 countries all over the world. More than 40 percent of the companies providing Medical Records Software, or EMR, outside of the US are based in Europe. Many of them have employees working from a variety of time zones.

Because the European market is generally more meticulous and data-intensive, many more medical records software companies use the QuickBooks software Hosting package. This particular package is a very reliable and stable platform that has been in the market since 1992. It’s a market-leading program and has a hold on the market.

It’s the “simple” system that is key to this product’s success. It’s the simplest way to set up and manage everything. No other software packages can do that. It is also a very intuitive system, and users will not have much difficulty adjusting to it. If you’re working with a complicated EMR, you may want to look elsewhere. And if you’re working with the cheapest software package available, you will not want to work harder.

Asking if a Medical Record System is right For You:

You need to know the differences between electronic medical records and paper medical records. EMR is used by the healthcare professionals who manage the daily tasks in a hospital or the office. These tasks are tedious and time-consuming. Paper medical records are put together by two or more people with a scannable table (the actual report/ photograph display). They are then affixed to a patient report or the patient’s chart.

With EMR, the document is scanned, and the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature is used to create a report. EMR and scanning together prove the documentation process to be more efficient and improves patient care.

Documentation History:

I started using medical records software about 15 years ago. It was a Microsoft product called ‘Articulate,’ and it was marketing for companies to record telephone calls. About 15 years later, I think I finally got around to using it in my medical home. I bought the software then worked with it until I had to give it back to Microsoft because I couldn’t get it to work anymore!

The features that I personally have liked in my personal software are:

I have only had experience with MediaShow (MediaShow is actually a hosted CMS). The feature I like the most is that you can develop modules for performing tasks in your practice. Each module in a module can be run separately to perform sub- Procedures in a procedure. My favourite for the ‘signature’ feature is the ability to present your appointment with your EMR System so that it is iconic

I have found that EMR software has increased my clinical performance and business quite a lot. I never use an EMR that doesn’t integrate with my practice. Instead, I find that all my staff have bought and use the same EMR fundamental whole.

However, overall, my experience with electronic medical records has been great, and I have recommended using medical records software for specific periods of time.
