Launching Outlook in safe mode

This will open Outlook in safe mode which means that it will be running without any outside services pr plug-ins that you might have installed previously. To do this, Click on the Windows “Start” button located on your desktop, select “Run” from the start menu, enter “control keymgr.dll” without quotations in t he run text box and hit the “Ok” button.
