Every day you go to office, do the same old stuff, and sit in front of the system and develop some codes. Nothing is challenging, life has just become extremely monotonous (that’s how your job is after all). As usual, you are sitting in front of your computer looking at the Outlook screen, wondering whether there is an option to change the appearance of your email program. You’re kinda getting bugged with the appearance of your email program. Every day you see the same menu, same font, and same Outlook settings. How can you get rid of them, or at least change them? What are the best ways to get rid of the current Outlook settings?

Well, fortunately for you, Microsoft thought of it before you, so your email program has the necessary Outlook settings to customize and change the way your email account looks.

Outlook settings to customize your email account

The first step is to click the “Start” button and select “Control Panel.” Then click on “Appearance & Personalization.”

After that, select the “Personalization” link. Now select “Window Color & Appearance.” Then click the link labeled Open classic appearance properties for more color options (this will launch the “Appearance Settings” window).

Once that is done, click the “Advanced” button to launch the “Advanced Appearance” window. Then, click the drop-down menu underneath the “Item” section. Now choose the “Menu” from the drop-down Outlook settings menu.

After that, click the drop-down menu underneath the “Font” section. Click through the available fonts to choose the menu font you would like to use.

Adjust the Outlook settings and change the size of the font, color, italic and bold option for the menu bar by clicking the drop-down menu underneath the “Size” section.

Outlook settings are not difficult to handle

Finally, changed the appearance of your email client, just with a little tweaking of your Outlook settings. The new screen appearance looks really good, and now you’re happy. After all, all we need is motivation.
